Managing Branch Users

Each employee authorized to operate an Xnvia Branch must have an individual user account.

Individual accounts help businesses control access, assign responsibilities and maintain accurate records of user activity.

Branch User management

Depending on their assigned permissions, authorized administrators can manage the following:

• Adding new Branch Users.
• Assigning appropriate user roles.
• Managing user access and permissions.
• Updating user information.
• Disabling access when an employee leaves or no longer requires access.

User roles

Xnvia supports three Branch user roles:

• Manager.
• Assistant Manager.
• Staff.

Access to specific features depends on the permissions associated with each user.

Important security requirements

Every employee must use their own login credentials. Never share passwords or allow another person to operate the platform using your account.

When an employee no longer requires access, notify the responsible administrator so that their permissions can be reviewed or revoked.

If you cannot manage a user or modify their permissions, contact your Corporate administrator.
